On Saturday, February 8th, supporters of Project Promise gathered at the University of the Virgin Islands’ Research and Technology Park for the nonprofit’s signature Havana Nights fundraiser. This year’s theme, A Night at Oriental Park Racetrack, brought Havana’s historic horse racing scene glamour and excitement to St. Croix, creating an unforgettable night of culture, entertainment, and giving back.
