The Ritz Carlton Residence Club, St. Thomas offers you an opportunity to purchase a deeded 1/12 interest of a two or three bedroom condo. This 1/12 interest is on a rotating calendar. Enjoy two winter season weeks and one summer season week each year.

As you explore which unit/interest works best for you, use this as your guide.

Example Listing: (Lily) – Unit # (4308-08)
The Floor Level is “4” — 4308-08
The Unit # is “308” — 4308-08
The Interest is “08” — 4308-08

Example Sale: If you purchase unit 4308-08, you will have a 1/12 interest in the ownership of this unit. Since it is on a rotating calendar, your winter weeks for 2020 would be Christmas and New Years (12/19/20 through 1/2/21) and summer week of 6/19/21 through 6/26/21).

The rotating calendar operates in a 12 year cycle. So if you have winter weeks 51 and 52 this year, next year you would have winter weeks 1 and 2.

Have a pre-planned trip on the week of your allocation? Place your unused weeks into our rental pool or explore exchanging them for another week. This program also allows you to exchange a week for Marriott points.

As an owner you have unlimited access to available per-diem (within 60 days of your stay). This per-diem is also available at the other Five Ritz Carlton Residence Clubs:
